How do I reserve a session and studio space?
We require a non-refundable retainer to lock in your date and time. Your appointment cannot be held without the retainer. The balance is due at the time of your services. A studio fee is separate and goes toward the rental of studio and does not go towards your services rendered.

What happens if I'm late to the session?
We will begin when you arrive and end at the scheduled time. If you run over your set time, extra fees will be added.

How many looks can I have?
In 1 hour, we can get up to 3 looks. We recommend you arrive in your first outfit. 

How many people can I have in the photo?
Portrait sessions can include up to 5 individuals before additional per person fees are added.




Can I request a custom edit? 
Yes, we're happy to make custom edits that fall outside of our standard retouching services. Please inquire for a price quote. 

When will I get to see my photos?
You will receive a link 2-3 business days following your session (we do not send proofs over the weekend). Finals edits are delivered within 7 business days after you have made your selections for photo retouching.

Do I get digitals?
You may print on your own with a vendor of your choosing (we provide digitals sized up to a 8x10 for printing). Print enlargement greater than 8x10 must go through us for the best print results. Additional images are up to $75 per image, depending on the package you have chosen.
