How long is a session?
All sessions are up to 1 hour, unless booking additional time. If additional time is booked, please review your contract or check with us for add-on fees.
What happens if I'm late to the session?
We will begin when you arrive and end at the scheduled time. If you run over your set time, extra fees will be added.
How many looks can I have?
In 1 hour, we can get up to 3 looks. We recommend you arrive in your first outfit.
How many people can I have in the photo?
Portrait sessions can include up to 5 individuals before additional per person fees are added.
What is included with photo edits?
Basic image edits and or retouching edits available on photos include (but are not limited to): basic color correction, skin softening, basic hair retouching, and blemish removal. Additional charges may apply for high-end retouching. Please inquire for a price quote.
When will I get to see my photos?
You will receive a link 2-3 business days following your session (we do not send proofs over the weekend). Turnaround varies, but on average photos are available within 1-2 weeks of the photo shoot. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
Do I get digitals?
You may print on your own with a vendor of your choosing (we provide digitals sized up to a 8x10 for printing). Print enlargement greater than 8x10 must go through us for the best print results. Additional images are up to $75 per image, depending on the package you have chosen.
